Will my clients know they're talking to AI?

The AI sounds natural and professional, not robotic, not scripted. Most callers won't realise. But we're not trying to trick anyone. If a caller asks "am I speaking to a person?", the AI says yes, it's AI, and offers to connect them with someone on the team. We've found that callers care far more about getting a helpful answer quickly than whether it's a human or AI giving it.

Do we have to change our phone numbers?

No. We port your existing numbers across so your clients, your website, your Rightmove listings, nothing changes. The only thing your callers notice is that someone always picks up.

Does it work with Reapit / Loop / Street?

Yes. We have confirmed integrations with all three. When a call comes in, the system pulls up the caller's record so you know who's calling before you pick up. After the call, it logs everything automatically, no typing, no sticky notes. Over 200 other CRMs are supported too through the integrations hub.

What happens when the AI can't answer something?

It doesn't guess and it doesn't waffle. What are the 10 AI hours and is that enough?

Every subscription includes 10 hours of AI processing per month for your business. That covers call transcriptions, summaries, and the AI voice agent handling calls. For most single-branch agencies, that's plenty. If you outgrow it as your call volume increases, we simply add more hours, no disruption, no system change, just more capacity.

How long does it take to set up?

Most agencies are up and running within days, not weeks. We run a parallel migration, your old system stays live alongside the new one until you and your team are confident. Is my data secure?

Every call and message is encrypted. The platform runs on AWS with 99.99% uptime. Fully GDPR compliant. No VPNs needed. We can send you the security overview if your compliance team needs it.
